You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use h5uang Services. Online gambling is restricted to adults of legal age in their jurisdiction. You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform. h5uang may request government-issued identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card) to verify your age and residency status. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policies.
To use h5uang Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian ID card, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, residential address, and date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Each User may hold only one Account on the h5uang platform. Multiple or duplicate accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
h5uang operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting clear copies or photos of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. All documents submitted are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username and password. You agree to notify h5uang immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. h5uang will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account if such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords not used on other websites.
h5uang accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. h5uang does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your h5uang Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You agree not to use the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities. h5uang reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and funds being returned to their source.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional security verification and take up to 24-48 hours to process.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete a minimum wagering requirement equivalent to 1x (one times) your total deposited amount. This anti-fraud measure prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer service. Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements outlined in the bonus terms before they can be withdrawn. h5uang reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation for any withdrawal deemed suspicious or potentially fraudulent. Withdrawals will be processed only to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the respective sports governing bodies and h5uang's specific betting rules for each sport. In football betting, bets are settled based on the final score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Asian handicap, over/under, and other special markets have specific settlement rules available in the betting rules section. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. h5uang reserves the right to void bets or limit stake amounts if we detect irregular betting patterns, potential match-fixing involvement, or if incorrect odds were displayed due to system error.
Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo are conducted by professional dealers using certified equipment. Game results are determined by physical game outcomes and are final. In the event of technical disruption during a live game round, h5uang will attempt to restore the connection. If the round cannot be completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Slot games and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games use certified random number generators independently tested for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information and represents long-term statistical payout over millions of rounds.
h5uang imposes maximum payout limits to manage risk. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). The maximum payout from any single slot game session is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah). Progressive jackpot wins are paid according to the specific jackpot rules of each game provider. Maximum payouts are subject to successful account verification and compliance with all terms and conditions. Payouts exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may be processed in installments over multiple transactions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage, using automated betting software, bots, or scripts, exploiting system errors or technical glitches for profit, participating in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, engaging in any form of bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location or identity, and sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account. h5uang employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and void any bets or winnings derived from prohibited activities.

We verify age through mandatory KYC procedures and will immediately close any account found to be operated by a minor. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit written permission. The h5uang name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
h5uang provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. h5uang shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of h5uang Services shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in a neutral jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5uang is licensed. Where these terms conflict with Indonesian national law, Indonesian law shall prevail to the extent required by mandatory local regulations. By using h5uang Services, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in our licensing jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. h5uang reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if you engage in prohibited betting activities, or if required by our regulators or law enforcement. If your Account is closed for violation of terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited, and h5uang is under no obligation to refund deposits used for prohibited activities. If your Account is involuntarily closed and you have a positive balance, h5uang will return your deposited funds minus any bonuses and winnings derived from terms violations.
